Purchasing Tickets, Reservations, and Cancellations
- Can I purchase tickets at the counter on the day of the event?
- The Museum is by reservation only. There are no same-day tickets available. Please be sure to purchase tickets prior to your visit. To purchase tickets, please visit this page.
- How can I purchase tickets?
- Tickets can only be purchased through the Museum’s official website. Please be sure to pre-purchase your tickets online prior to your visit. Please note that tickets cannot be purchased by phone.

- Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Facility Information
- What are the museum’s hours of operation?
- The museum is open from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Final admission into the museum is 6:00 PM.
- Is there a limit to the amount of time I can stay after entering the museum?
- After entering the museum, visitors may view the exhibition without time limit until the museum closes. However, a work by teamLab admission is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Can I re-enter the museum if I leave?
- You will not be allowed to re-enter the museum once you have left.
- Can I visit just the courtyard?
- Guests may not come to visit just the courtyard.
- Are coin lockers available? Also, can I check in large luggage such as suitcases?
- Lockers are not available. You can leave large luggage with the reception.
- Is there a space where we can take a break if we feel like we need to sit down?
- Benches are available in the exhibition room. In addition, a first-aid space is available in the lobby of the main building.
- Is there space for eating and drinking?
- Eating and drinking are not permitted in the museum’s exhibition rooms, including the courtyard.

- There are no discounts for groups, seniors, or persons with disabilities.
- Is Wi-Fi available?
- Free wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available throughout most of the building.
