The Museum has established internal rules and regulations for the safe management of personal information in its possession. In addition, we conduct training for all employees on the protection of personal information and ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in their daily work.

6.Formulation, Implementation, and Review of Personal Information Protection Regulations

The Museum will inform its officers, employees, and related parties of and implement the above policy to ensure that it is thoroughly enforced. We will continuously improve the policies as needed to ensure ongoing enhancement.
